PURIFICATION
With a constant goal of fully automating processes, IP GmbH has developed a comprehensive range of tools to optimize the entire juice purification process, divided into two key areas:
SENSORS
Sensor for assessing flocculation quality, with additional sensors currently in development
NIR sensors for raw juice, thin juice, and thick juice
MPC
Model Predictive Control (MPC) that controls the process based on key performance indicators (KPIs), scheduled for release in 2026.
